These terms govern your use of digitalserviceplatforms.digital and consulting engagements with Digital Service Platforms (“we”, “us”), based at Prat Coml Bldg, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

Services

We provide application analytics consulting for service platform optimization, including audits, conversion path reviews, funnel optimization guidance, and reporting frameworks. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A written scope confirmation defines deliverables, timeline, and fees before work starts.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments. Invoices and payment instructions are issued separately according to the agreed engagement.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to analytics accounts, relevant stakeholders, and accurate context about your service flows. Delays in access may extend timelines without changing the agreed fee unless both parties revise scope in writing.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a license to use deliverables prepared for your organization. Our templates, methods, and prior know-how remain ours. You retain ownership of your platform data.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public platform and business information shared during an engagement as confidential and use it only to perform the work, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

Recommendations are based on available data and stated assumptions. We are not liable for business decisions made solely on site content. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Hong Kong law prohibits such limitation.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content in a way that impairs service. Content is provided as-is for general information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
