What operators should ask from analytics
Five questions that keep analytics tied to fulfilled services instead of abstract engagement.
Operators do not need another wall of charts. They need answers that change staffing, pricing clarity, or request routing.
Ask: How many service requests reached a human or automated confirmation this week? How long did each successful path take end to end? Where did unfinished requests pause longest? Which channels produce requests that actually complete? Which steps correlate with support tickets after fulfillment?
If your reporting cannot answer those, the framework is misaligned—even if traffic looks healthy. Rebuild the dictionary around fulfilled outcomes first, then add secondary engagement measures only where they explain the gap.
